Project Overview

This residential project involved the installation of an antique-style recycled glass mosaic backsplash wall for a kitchen cupboard area in Nawala. The design was created to introduce a timeless decorative element while providing a durable and visually appealing surface finish.

The project was designed by Architect Sudesh Nanayakkara and features the mosaic product DPGT 4803A, selected for its antique appearance and unique handcrafted character. The mosaic consists of 50mm × 50mm chips arranged to create an elegant textured surface that complements the overall kitchen design.

A total area of 40 square feet was covered using this recycled glass mosaic, creating a distinctive feature wall that enhances the aesthetic appeal of the kitchen space while maintaining practical functionality.
